Q: What does the Company do?
A: The company develops, manufactures and distributes high quality plastic film using the biaxial oriented stretch technique, otherwise known as BOPET  (biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate).  Fuwei Film's BOPET  film is widely used to package food, medicine, cosmetics, tobacco and  alcohol, as well as in the imaging, electronics, and magnetic products  industries.  Fuwei Films conducts its business through its wholly owned subsidiary Fuwei Films (Shandong) Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Fuwei").

Q: When did Fuwei Films( Holdings) Co., Ltd. go public and what were the terms of the offering?
A: Fuwei Films( Holdings) Co., Ltd. went public on December 22, 2006, through an IPO of 3,750,000 common shares offered at a price of US$8.28 per share.

Q: On what exchange does Fuwei Films trade?
A: Fuwei Films( Holdings) Co., Ltd. only trades on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "FFHL".

Q: Can I purchase Fuwei Films stock directly from the Company?
A: No, we do not offer investors a direct stock purchase plan. Investors must purchase Fuwei Films stock through a licensed brokerage firm in the public market.

Q: Does Fuwei Films pay dividends?
A: Fuwei Films does not currently pay dividends. We choose instead to retain earnings and invest resources to further the growth of our business.

A: Maxim Group initiated coverage of the stock on March 28, 2007. Copies of their report are available to their clients who should contact their representative.  Independent analysts are not controlled by the Company. As a public company we may identify and communicate with analysts, but their decision to analyze and write a research report on a company is based on their individual criteria.
